MY HERO

Happy Father's Day to the most amazing father! I love you Dad. There is so much to say about Him, I don't even know where to start. What comes to mind first is the phrase "Man of Honor". He is the rock in our family, he never speaks bad about anyone and has more patience than anyone I know. My father never stopped believing in me and always held faithful to the things He knew I would receive one day. He's always been there to give me a father's blessing and wonderful advice. He doesn't say much at times, but his quiet presence is still a powerful one. I love you so much Dad. You are my Hero.

The Look that got us in trouble....

Okay, so we went to this bon fire this weekend and had a friend snap a pic of us. After I looked at Bill's face I couldn't stop laughing. This is a typical look I get from him and the first thought that crossed my mind was this is why my Energizer Bunny got me prego so fast. The fascination with my chesticle area has become even more so since getting knocked up. Ladies..... I assume this happens for all women, am I right???? :)) Haha....

So everyone keeps asking to see pics of my belly, luckily I'm not showing yet. I'm hoping I last as long as Jamie did with Cooper, she said that she didn't start showing until her 5th-6th month. Bill and I leave for Alaska in three weeks to celebrate our honeymoon and I'm thinking by the time we get back I may finally look pregnant! As soon as I get my belly I'll show pics!

Just a little update on Bill and I. Bill is so amazing, I am not working and he is completely supportive of this. He likes me at home, working on my music career. Hopefully by this time next year we will have purchased a Digital Baby Grand Piano to start recording my arrangements. I love that he is not requiring me to work, even though I don't have a baby yet. He wants me to just rest and enjoy being pregnant.

As far as Bill's career goes we are currently in a position of many possibilities. His work is losing contracts with other firms, so all three engineers are being forced to look for other jobs. Even though Bill would love to stay in Salt Lake for Search and Rescue, we are considering some adventurous opportunities. He has applied to jobs all over such as New York, Canada, Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming, oh and Washington and Oregon. Preferably we would love to stay in Logan, but there are not too many good engineering jobs in the valley. I'm excited to see where life is going to take us. Bill is so amazing and I love him so much. I can honestly say that I am living my dream. Bill has created an amazing life for us, regardless if he's employed or not, he is still an amazing man and I feel so blessed God brought him to me.

Bill is also considering joining the Special Forces in the National Guard, so I may become a Army Wife just like my good old friend Heather! Love Ya girl... by the way, I had a dream about you last night......

OUR LITTLE BABY

Ok, so is this not the most amazing picture ever?
If you could only see it closer.... this was taken at 12 weeks, look how defined the baby's face is! My due date is November 21st! We are so excited for our little miracle to arrive. Bill loves to rub my tummy and blow on it, he is so cute!
I had an interesting appointment last night. I met with a cranio/sacro therapist for my migraines and she said that 98% of the time she is right when it comes to determining the sex of a baby. According to Nancy, she says that my body is telling her we are having a GIRL! I sure hope so, I would love a little girl. We have the cutest names picked out and everything. I have my 4 month follow up next week! I'll keep ya updated!

My Family

So I have had the opportunity to see my family quite a bit during April. At the beginning of the month we had a girlie get together with my cousins, sister, sister in laws, Aunts and Grandma. WE had such a great time! I love my family, all we do when we get together is laugh and laugh and laugh!
This weekend was my Savannah's baptism. This is my brother Jason's little girl. They just had their third child in March. They have Savannah, Kayden and now Kylee. Matt's kids are in the pics he has Brandon, Travis and Dylan. Jamie's kids are in the slide show as well. Cooper and Brooke. Unfortunatley I didn't snap a pic of Colter, their youngest.
I love my family so much. I feel very blessed and grateful for them in my life. As I have finally settled down and made some good choices, I am starting to feel such a strong desire to be around them more. I have always said I would never move back to Cache Valley, but I have been missing my hometown so much. Hopefully Bill and I will move back within the next 5 years. I really want to be close to my family. I have travelled so much and made so many friends along the way and if I'm learning anything, it is that friends do come and go, but family will always be there.
I feel very lucky to have remained friends with you girls from Cache Valley as well. Each of you and my family have always been so constant. I love you all so much.
